Labour Pool Employer Cost Options:
Option 1 - $175
We list the job with the employer's company name,
or contact person's name, address, phone number or fax number depending on
the employer's wishes. It is advertised in many areas - on our web site,
voice-mail, job board, educational institutes and other agencies for six
weeks. The employer receives all applications and phone calls. Using this
level of service is like placing an ad in the newspaper, but your ad is seen
daily and receives broader exposure across Canada on the Internet.
Option 2 * - $285
Same advertising as noted above, except your
name is not attached to the ad. The ad is run for six weeks. All inquires
and applications are directed to the " Labour Pool" for skill qualifying.
In addition, to speed up the matching process, we search our database of
registered job seekers for a match. We contact the registered potentials
about your position. We fax or mail the resumes of suitable candidates for
your consideration. You set up interviews at your convenience. You tell us
when you have hired a worker.
* Jobs posted
using option 2 requiring posting beyond 6 weeks will incur an additional charge
of $75.00 for a 4-week period of extended service.
